"After injuring my wrist a few months ago, I struggled with weak fingers and limited mobility. My therapist recommended finger extension exercises, so I decided to try this trainer. I was impressed by how smooth the resistance felt and how comfortable the wrist strap is. After about three weeks of daily use, I can already feel my fingers opening more fully, and my grip strength is noticeably better. It’s small, portable, and really easy to use anywhere.
